Neil Enright has served as Headmaster of Queen Elizabeth’s School, Barnet since 2011, leading one of the UK’s most academically accomplished grammar schools. Under his leadership, the school consistently ranks at the top nationally for academic performance, while maintaining a clear focus on character development and values-based education. Passionate about the transformative role of education, Dr. Rana actively studies global education models and applies them to expand access and unlock student potential through higher education. In recognition of his contributions to widening participation and advancing social mobility, he was appointed in 2025 as an Honorary Member of the Advisory Board of UNITAR’s Division for People and Social Inclusion.

Dr. Rana is also an author. His works include the textbook Dr Rana on Applied Corporate Valuation & Financial Modelling and the forthcoming co-authored volume Our Coastal Heritage: Conserving the World’s Shores for People & Nature.
